Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Locations
We only offer delivery for account customers and currently locations are limited to Peterhead and Fraserburgh.

2. Delivery Times
​We aim to get the delivery to you the same day however, this does depend on what time the order was placed and our driver availability so order delivery times may vary.

3. Shipping Costs
Delivery is free for account customers and comes as part of the service. 

4. Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been sent for delivery.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

Refund Policy

1. Returns
You can return unused items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
 

2. Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed for:

  • Items returned in original packaging.

  • Faulty or damaged goods.


3. Refund Process

4. Exceptions
No refunds on:

  • Items returned in different condition to that in which they were sent, i.e. stained or worn clothes and items which have clearly been used.
